Gleeson strengthens Part Exchange offering with new appointment
Gleeson Homes has recently strengthened its Part Exchange offering for prospective buyers, establishing a new role tasked with spearheading the initiative.
Steve Woomble joins the business in the newly created role of Head of Part Exchange at Gleeson. Steve brings 30 years of experience across multiple senior roles in the industry, including 25 years at director level. Steve started his career at Lincolnshire-based Chartdale Homes in 1995 and remained there through its evolution with Stamford Homes, Galliford Try, Linden Homes, Bovis Homes and Vistry.
In his newly formed role at Gleeson, Steve will provide strategic leadership across the Group, driving its recently re-launched Part Exchange scheme.
With Steve’s appointment, Gleeson has brought the process in-house, enabling it to deliver a more competitive Part Exchange offer to homeowners looking to secure their next property. This will include full and fair market Part Exchange value across all regions.
“I am thrilled to join Gleeson and look forward to improving its customer proposition through Part Exchange. The relaunch of the scheme will enable us to reach a wider audience and support more buyers in purchasing their dream home. It’s a really exciting time to be joining Gleeson, with lots of plans for the future and I am grateful to the team for the warm welcome.”
“I am delighted to welcome Steve to the business in this newly created role. With a wealth of experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, Steve will play a crucial role in enhancing our part-exchange offering and supporting customers as they take the next step toward their new home.”
